The New Coldelite VariO constantly controls the consistency of Gelato & Ice creams. The compressor power can be varied according to the amount of mix used and to its ingredients. There are 11 pre-set programs and 6 free ones. It is possible to customize and store batch freezing cycles to memory, varying the rotation speed of the beater.

  • Customized batch Cycles using multiple speeds. New Coldelite VariO comes with an inverter allowing 7 different speeds for the freezing of Gelato, Ice Cream & Granita products.
  • Allows Max, Med, Minimum and Extra Minimum cycles to run in both the hot and cold chambers, Minimum amount as low as 1.5 kilos/1500 grams ( Not capable with other machines)
  • With New VariO Door Side Chute you can now heat and extract without going through the freezing chamber, allowing to age the flavor if you choose.
  • Allows you to make authentic Siciliana Granita-slush at the slowest speed.
  • New beater design with the option of interchangeable plastic or metal blades.
  • Temperature Probes in the upper and lower chambers
  • Allows the operator to add dry ingredients directly into the heating chamber without prior mixing.

Two independent tanks that can work simultaneously allowing the operator to carry on two different processes at the same time, while the mixture is heating in the top you can be freezing below.

  • SAFER way to keep sanitary and clean by releasing the product from the top to the lower chamber.
  • Gelato extraction, if the operator is unable to extract immediately it is kept inside at the right consistency. Extraction is complete and fast with high-speed rotation and the large opening.
