Cattabriga Pasteurizer PSK KEL

PSK KEL allows for “high pasteurizing” and “low pasteurizing” cycles in preparation for hot gelato and ice cream bases. Its technology provides a very gentle and controlled process that allows preserving the most volatile flavors and tastes.

A powerful microprocessor adjusts all operations in the machine and switches over automatically from “pasteurizing” to “conservation”. Every failure (black-out included) is immediately signaled while the machine rejects any wrong control or action contrasting with the program underway. A special control prevents the product from thickening on the walls during cooling.

  • Mix transfer pump and temperature probe integrated into the vat.
  • Intelligent control of the entire cycle of pasteurization and maturation.
  • Lightweight agitator with adjustable speed.
  • Completely dismountable without tools, with adjustable speed.
  • Heating and cooling by means of indirect heat source or “BAIN MARIE”.
  • Self-cleaning tap after every mix withdrawal.
  • High-speed micronizer for artisan ice cream mix.

To maintain maximum hygiene the PSK KEL includes a whole list of very important features, such as a self-cleaning tab after every mix withdrawal. Safety is ensured with its 24-Volts controls and magnetic sensors preventing dangerous operations.
