“I can not thank Maria, enough for this wonderful experience! Not only did she educate us about the art of gelato making but she provided us with valuable business information. I greatly appreciate her telling us about her struggles as a small business owner so we may not make the same mistakes. I was not expecting her to be so open with competing gelateria’s. Her passion for success is admirable along with willingness to aid others success. Most of all, the hands on gelato/sorbet/ice cream making experience was the cherry on top as I am a hands on learner.
Tom and Colleen provided five star hospitality. The lunches we delicious and catered to each of our specific needs. I also respected them allowing us, the students, to take the desserts we made, and give them to local Marines and police officers.
