Tom & Colleen Graves
Equipment & Concepts was founded in 1992 by frozen dessert industry expert and visionary, Tom Graves. Along with his wife, Colleen they have led the company’s evolution from equipment distributor to a full service equipment & training facility in Southern California. Tom and Colleen’s passion of educating others to stay true to the traditional form of artisan gelato & ice cream making has served as a foundation for the company. An integral part of the team, Maria Coassin, helps fulfill this mission by sharing her knowledge and expertise of artisan gelato & ice cream making as class instructor at Equipment & Concepts.
It’s important to us that we take personal interest in each and every sale. We want our customers to be 100% happy with their purchases.
