All of our manufacturers have service technicians set up throughout the country and our pre-owned equipment is sold with limited warranties. Pre-owned equipment is thoroughly bench tested by trained technicians before it leaves our warehouse.

Equipment & Concepts partners with independent service agents across North America. Service is maintained by a local refrigeration company in your area, with 24 hour service available in most cases if needed. We also have an in house technical support team with over 30 years of combined industry knowledge.
